Your Opportunity

I have amazing opportunities with an exceptional and multi award winning Fintech based in Leinster (very commutable from Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow etc.) who are highly regarded in this exciting industry. They are seeking a talented Scrum Master to join them on their amazing journey. You will be joining at a crucial growth phase and will have an opportunity to truly make an impact. The role will involve:

  • Managing all aspects of the Scrum Framework, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering all Scrum activities to the software delivery
  • Establishing Sprint schedules and evaluating and introducing Sprint execution velocity while leading and coordinating the associated activities
  • Ensuring the Scrum team and adhering to an Agile process while following JIRA workflows and processes

Your Background

My client is at a very important growth stage so will only consider talented, committed individuals who wants to drive them forward in their very bright future. You will have a proven track record of being a strong Scrum Master and you will have the following:

  • At least 5 years’ driving and running projects and teams using an Agile methodology 
  • Expert in a similar role, ideally in a Financial Services or SaaS environment
  • 3’rd level degree and Scrum certification is a must
