We have significantly increased turnover year on year and have become an important provider of finance to the SME sector. Due to this continued growth we now have an opportunity for an additional Finance Customer Care Specialist to fill an important role in our growing team.
This is an excellent & exciting time to join Credebt Exchange® Group and work alongside our strong team of dedicated young professionals. Starting as a Junior Specialist you will be fully trained on all aspects of Trading on the Exchange and gain valuable experience to support your career development. Key Tasks include providing telephone support to our new and existing customers, evaluating risk, running credit checks, proposing credit limits, posting payments and reconciling accounts, this is a truly diverse role where each day brings difference challenges.
The company is a financial trading exchange so adaptability and aptitude to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Role reports to the TradeDesk Supervisor and Treasury Manager.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and ‘can do’ approach
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Good excel skills, Intermediary or Advanced
- Willingness to work hard & contribute to the team & the business as a whole
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a busy financial office/bank
Very nice to have
- Experience working in, or use of an Invoice Discounting Facility
- Experience working in a busy Banking environment
- Account reconciliation experience
