The Job

Due to continual expansion Credebt Exchange® is now recruiting for a Licensee Training Manager to join our team to create and deliver training programmes internally and to our growing national Branch Network. Our network partners are mainly businesses working within the financial services sector. The ideal person will be responsible for management and improvement of field training practices and procedures, business growth, communication, reporting and systems management whilst working in conjunction with the National Manager.

Your Role & Duties

  • Devise, write, produce and deliver the induction training program for new staff
  • Devise, plan and implement all ongoing training programs.
  • Build, implement and deliver all communication programs and supports for staff.
  • Ensure that the operation of the Branch Network meets the expectations of the management team
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the monitoring, reviewing and communication of all activity and performance.
  • Ensure that the branches have all the collateral they need and provide them with all supports necessary to achieve success.
  • Produce and deploy all necessary policies
  • Support the opening launches of new branches nationally
  • Carry out regular branch visits nationally
  • Cultivate and build strong relationships
  • Leverage company resources effectively
  • Consult and advise on target setting
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organise work schedule
  • Use your training prowess and skills to incrementally increase the effective functioning of the Branch Network

Must haves

  • Degree qualification preferred, but not essential
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating, facilitating and delivering ongoing training programs in a services and sales environment. 
  • Project/ Operations Management
  • Works well under pressure, methodical and demonstrate a respect for process adherence
  • Strong Financial acumen with the ability to analyse data
  • Superior attention to detail and a solid acumen in forward planning
  • Excellent delivery, time management and relationship building skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English and excellent all-round communication and presentation skills

Salary package on offer:

-         €60-100k dependent on experience, plus bonus and travel allowance
